If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags. Personalised or resized pieces may not be eligible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request bank details to process the refund.
